The earlier USRPTV article presented “Tu Market USA” as a verified marketing platform without adequate supporting documentation. That endorsement has been withdrawn. This update does not establish the identity, ownership, features or performance of a specific service using that name.
Similar names in search results do not prove that two businesses are the same company. Before relying on a listing or sales pitch, confirm the exact website, legal business name, service agreement and contact details.
Verify the provider before evaluating the pitch
Request written product documentation, a demonstration of the service being purchased, the full fee schedule and cancellation terms. Check that the named contracting company matches the invoice and payment destination. A website alone is not evidence of audience reach or successful campaigns.
Use a measurable small test
Define one business objective and a limited trial budget. Agree in advance what will count as a result, such as a qualified inquiry or completed order. Separate impressions and clicks from actual customers, and retain access to your own reporting and campaign accounts.
Research the market independently
The U.S. Small Business Administration provides planning resources covering market research, business plans and startup costs. Use independent demand and competitor research to evaluate a proposal rather than assuming a platform can guarantee access to an entire national market.
Questions worth asking
Who owns the advertising accounts and customer data? What happens when the contract ends? Can performance claims be traced to dated reports? Are quoted prices inclusive of ad spend and service charges? Does the proposed audience match the product and location you actually serve?
